Car rental

2020/07/27 I was at Port Elizabeth and I rented a car via Dollar Thrifty Car Rental, I paid R9500 Deposit using my Debit card and on the 24 July 2020 R1750. 00 was paid into my boss Credit Card and I don't understand why the money was paid into my boss account, so on Wednesday 02 2020, I send Tasmiya Sheik a mail asking about my deposit, she send me proof of payment for R1750. 00, I send her proof of my Debit card payment that was mad on 27/07/2020, after sending her proof, she never came back to me I tried calling her am not winning, and today I must go down to Capetown I don't have money to rend a car I really don't know what to do.
