car in dreadful condition, terrible company, stay far away!!

The car was clean. Just over 38000 on the clock and it felt like it had done 500 000. Gears are wrecked, especially 1,2 and 3, settled down in 5th. Power steering on the way out, fuel consumption a joke. Fortunately I am a very advanced driver. As I write this I am waiting for the one and only person in the deposit refund department to answer. 27 minutes so far. Reception says it takes 14 days to refund, it certainly didn't take 14 days for them to remove R6000 from my card.

My advice? RUN!!!
