Car hire

Book a car with them when I got to East London I paid and the rental fee debited 3 times. when I I ask what's going on they phoned the bank and confirmed its their system fault promised to refund me within 3 hours went back the following day still didn't get my money even up to this day haven't received it but it was their fault : Mr X Mbedle
