Calls being ignored

I am trying to phone the Thrifty branch in Sandton, the phone just rings for a long period. I then tried again at about 1.20pm today, someone answered the phone but did not speak, I dropped the line and called back, and again someone answered but was not speaking. The staff on duty at Sandton should be investigated for clear misconduct and avoiding customer phone calls.
