Bunch of *****s!!! Don't make use of them

My rented a car for my husband and paid full amount upfront 24/09/2021.

On the day my husband tried to get the car, they told him he needed to pay an extra R4000 and then on return of the car another R4000. That means R8000 plus the R1300 that I already paid. On their website they only specified that there would be a R1650,00 fuel deposit. Which means, he never got the car. he had to make use of Uber to get to the venue.

I have now mail them numerous times to get my refund, and not getting any responses. They are ******. Never use them, ever.
