Breach of Contract

I hired a Ford Figo at Dollar Thrifty East London last week Tuesday till Thursday as stated on the below details. The car they gave me had a squeaky noise when applying brakes, full of scratches,dent and chip on the window. I paid the ca rental FULL BALANCE ONLINE which was R744.00 and R2000 DEPOSIT AT THE EAST LONDON BRANCH. I dropped the car on Thursday before 17 :00pm with a gentlemen named Ricardo. On Sunday the 26 November 2017 an amount of R664.01 was taken to my account by Dollar Thrifty East London without my consent. They didn't call or notify me, I only received an alert from my bank. I called the East London branch on Monday and spoke with Steven. According to their system at the time of our telephone conversation, the car was not dropped which surprised me but he said he'll investigate it. I called him after 15minutes and he told they found the car. This is terrible service and breach of contract from Dollar Thrifty EL, I want my money back and they must pay the bank charges. I have informed their supervisor Sydney on Tuesday the 28 November 2017 and want my money bank today and they are liable for bank charges.
