We returned our motor vehicle about 3 weeks ago and would ❤️ to commend Thrifty Pretoria in South Africa for a memorable journey.

My family had arranged a motor vehicle for us but unfortunately the gasket blew.

We called around a few rental agencies but many either didn’t answer or lines disconnected. We got through to station and they were so energetic and enthusiastic in assisting us. Pick up was 10 of 10. We flew out of Oliver Tambo and we unfortunately damaged the hood. The matter was resolved and we agreed on the charges.

We have not rented a car in about 30 years. I have informed my students at the university of our experience and told them to take a page out of your book.
