When I complained the woman said that I should of said something sooner. Which is the FIRST thing I did when I got there, "Can I please take super waiver", to which said said I cannot. She refused to allow me to pay for it, refused to add it. First time in 15+ years that I was denied a Super Waiver when collecting a rental.
