Bogus charges and deposit refund issues..

Very bad service from Sandton branch. Have used Thrifty a couple of times in the past few years but I think with business having been bad in the past year they seem to think they can just bill whatever they want and **** people. I have been billed some unfounded penalty and some 9% for location surcharge when I picked up the vehicle at their branch (not Airport). When I ask for my original contract with T&Cs I don't get it. Charlene (Branch Mng) just marks tickets as resolved. Charlene seems to be clueless and some rude lady called Precious seems to think she owns the biz. Up to now I don't have the original contract. I want my refund on the deposit + location surcharge and whatever is owed to me from the deposit. You are the latest ******** on my book. Never again!!! People, please do not be lured by their low deposit of R2K for super cover, it comes with several problems. Deposit refund issues are more detailed on other customer complaints below. Rather stick to the Avis & Hertz of this world. At least there is no bogus charges!!
