Biggest car rental ****mer in SA! Stay away from them!!!

We rented a car on the 13th to 17th Feb, via an agent of Thrify (discover cars). Now it’s the 29th March the holding deposit has not been paid! I’ve contacted the agent but they keep saying they waiting for thrifty. I call thrifty and they take me from pillar to post! Some say I must contact the agent but the agent is not the one that took the money in my account!!! Some just hang up in my ear. Thrifty is a big **** don’t even rent your cars through them at all!! I asked for answers and no one can tell me, all they do is keep me holding the line, no one even asks for permission to put me on hold nor let me know the reason why I’m on hold, instead they just put me on hold hoping that I give up and drop the line. What kind of a business is this!! Top ****mers!!
