Big fat lies.
They have told us that the security access fee, gets released 5 working days after the car is returned, we have returned the vehicle on the 21st December yet we have not received our funds back. When I called in to follow up on 12th working day, they tell me to wait another 3 working days, what nonsense is that. I nee
