Belongings not returned

I hired a car (Reg FZ 26 CR GP) Datsun Go – silver on Wednesday, 14th March 2018. The car lock was tampered with and Bongani collect the car at 8:30 pm that night (see sheet attached). I could not access the car and my valuables (memory stick sunglasses, book and phone holder) were still in the car. The car was replaced with another white Go (ref FZ 13 FB GP).

I called the Pomona depot the following day and spoke to Randall. He said the belongings would be sent to the Randburg branch for collection. I called the branch and the depot several times but had not response. There was also a further charge of R499.99 on my card on 16/03/18.
