Hired a car from Centurion branch on 3 Jan 22 and returned vehicle on 6 Jan 22. Phoned in numerous times to find out when deposit will be refunded. 15min holding time minimum. Each time consultant said refund will be done immediately. Various emails was sent to customer care - not one response.

How do I get a refund if no one replies.

Stay away from Dollar - worst customer service in South Africa.
