Bad servise all around from reception to the accounts

Worst car rental in south africa i have rented from numoures car rentals before and never experienced this at dollar thrifty its about milking people not customer satisfaction returned the rental car back on friday crack in the windscreen for a small grand i 10 car they charged me the same as my windscreen on my double cab ford ranger with sensors.

It was surely the last time i rented from them please people read the reviews before u book a car dont make the same mistake as me.
