Bad service, suprise costs, terrible car

Thrifty claims to be affordable initially the vehicle cost R250 per day then all of sudden because it was on my boyfriends credit card they told me he has to be added on as an additional driver even though he would not be driving the car which cost an extra R100 a day.<br> <br> The staff were rude initially when asking them questions and when I got into the vehicle it was terrible! There were cigarette burns on the seats the gears were making a bit of a grinding noise and when the aircon was on the car would suddenly make a bit of jerking motion every now and then. <br> <br> I am completely unimpressed there was nothing good about this experience! What a *******!
