bad service - no cars, unreasonable with damage not caused by me.

on the 6 Feb, I booked 2 cars with Thrify CPT airport branch for 10am, I was waiting outside for a car till 12h30, as no cars was available. this is such bad service as I have 2 small kids that became very restless with the delay.

further to that, we took our cars and proceeded, later discovered a chip on the windscreen that was under the wiper blade, making it difficult to see at first. the chip then spread. When I gave the car in on that Sunday I explained to assessor what happen as it was no fault of mine.

now I see they took out R3400 from my credit card for the windscreen. I find this totally outrageous, as I have photos to show the chip was there. and to charge me the entire amount for something that I didn't do.

very bad experience with Thrify, never again and I will never recommend them to anyone.
