Bad service (holding Deposit)

I rented a car at thrifty Or Tambo branch on the 12th of April 2019 and i returned the car on the 15th of April 2019 but my holding deposit was not released as per agreement (3-7 days).

I tried to follow up as to when my deposit will be released but I was taken from pillar to post. i was so disappointed that i had to go as far as sending this email to get response on what's the reason for the delay.

I rented a car again with them on the 24th of May 2019 and my holding deposit is still not released to date.

I sent emails and whatsapp messages to the branch manager but she doesn't even bother to respond to my queries.

Their service sucks especially when it comes to holding deposits
