Bad service from Dollar Thrifty Car Rental Cape Town International

Terrible service. Hired a 5 seater sedan, was given a tiny 4 seater Datsun. Had to stuff in 5 adults and their luggage! They promised to send the correct car in the morning. 5 days later, 5 telephones, 5 promises from them to sort out, NOTHING.
