Bad service from Dollar Thrifty Car hire for refund of holding deposit

This car hire is one of the most horrible 😫 company. I hired a car from them on the 16th December 2021 at OR Tambo and returned the car on the 19th December 2021 at King Shaka, I was told on the day I went to pick up the car that I need to pay R13,000 for the holding deposit, which I paid. According to their paper work they will refund me after 14 days excluding the weekend and holidays.

I have and taken from pillar to post, today the 12th January 2022 I call them whoever answered tell me they have blocked something but that she is going to transfer me to OR Tambo, this other woman answers and she tells me I owe them have I have not received a call, from their customer service. I asked her how is that I owe them for mileage, which I do not have a problem paying what I owe.

I have a problem with their principles.
