BAD SERVICE

Don’t book. They accept bookings when they don’t have a car & after you are inconvenienced they ask you to pay for an upgrade.

I made a booking at East London only to get there to be told that there are no cars. I was offered a discount that will take days or pay a the difference to upgrade. No other rental had cars so I was forced to accept such an insult.
