Bad service ever

<p>Can dollar Thrifty refund my holding deposit please. I hired a car with Dollar Thrifty last week but they delaying to pay my deposit. I've been using Dollar Thrifty for the past two years and everything was fine as I was doing all my hiring at Randburg branch, i would receive my deposit before I exit their building as I am using FNB which is their bank that they using. Now I decided to go and hire at their OR Tambo airpot branch but their service is so pathetic. I phoned OR Tambo today to request for my holding deposit as they taking time to refund it and i spoke to Isabel who was very rude and unhelpful she even dropped the call on me which I found it very unprofessional but I couldn't do anything. I even doubt that they record their calls. I am very disappointed by this bad service and rude consultants. I would her to call me after this whole mass to explain why she dropped the call on me.
