bad service ever

hi<br> <br> I'm Sphamandla Buhlalu I rented a car from Thrifty car rental on the 16-12-2015 till 30-12-2015 in total <br> it was 14 days to my surprise they charged me for 15 days and that was not all since then they haven't return my deposit which was R3500 plus R310 for that extra day and the change on the petrol deposit money they gave me this number and said I ask for Antonio this my 3rd week phoning this Antonio but there's no one answering my calls I've been there twice I cant get helped <br> <br> I'll be very much happy to get assistance in this matter <br> <br> kindly regards<br> Sphamandla
