Bad service

I 've experienced bad service from Thrifty car rentals and tried to complain to them I was told to email and i did that.

I have some issues that I'd like to address, so on March 31st, I rented a Mercedes Benz Vito. On the day of collection, I drove approximately 103 kilometers (23574 kilometers odometer out) as specified on my contract, which is attached for your review. The Diesel gauge was close to 3/4 after 103 kilometers. This suggested to me that the vehicle was not completely full at the time of pick-up (a snapshot is attached for your review).

The second issue is that on my way back from the drive, I ran out of AdBlue. As soon as I realized it, I called the 24-hour emergency assistance line, which finally picked up my call. After a series of back-and-forth phone calls between myself and the emergency assistance personnel, I was informed that I could only be helped until the car was switched off because no one was available to come out and assist. on the location

I panicked and drove to the nearest safe filling station, which was now in Tsitsikamma. I called emergency assistance again and was informed that they could not come to Tsitsikamma since it was now outside of their boundary, and that I should return to Humansdorp. This didn't sit well with me because it put my family in jeopardy, not to mention my time and Diesel.

With all of the above in mind, I'm sending this email to see what can be done.
