BAD SERVICE

i want to complaint about the service I received in the sandton branch at dollar thrifty car rental. I booked twice online and did not even use their service and to date they have not responded to my query and my refund has not been paid. I would like someone to call me and advise when will my refund paid. Why should i wait when i did not use their service as i cancelled the bookings and requested my money back.
