Bad service

If I could I wouldn't even give them a star. Highly highly unprofessional,poor service to the core. It's been more than a month since we hired and returned the car at the OR Tambo,we get sent from pillar to post when we call. No one answers the phone if they do it's either reception or switchboard who will then transfer you to a ghost cause it always bounces back to reception. They promise heaven and earth,they keep apologizing but nothing comes out of it. All I want is my money back. Thrifty is the worst car rental ever and I will make sure that people know about their poor service
