Bad service, cheating company that *****s from South African people. They need to be investigated and closed down. Who knows maybe they don't even pay Tax

I was a regular client for Thrifty for years. Last year I had an accident I hit a *** as I was running away from a car that was going to collide with my car. I went to the gravel and it was dark because there were no street light I ended up hitting a bull. I reported the accident immediately and I went to the police station and I was told to pay R3500 access fee. Thrifty had my deposit and I payed upfront for another month and the accident happened in the second week. The car rental owed me refund for two week which I never received including my deposit. The went further to deduct R2000 some time last year. I tried to fight for my money but without winning. I just let go of it. A year later a received emails from Debbie claiming that I was owing R29980 and if I didn't respond she was going to debit my account. I responded to all the emails and I called her for days without getting her. Boom the money was taken and I didn't have that kind of omount and I don't have an overdrafts. I went to the bank to query it and the bank is still busy. I called Debbie manager his name is Loutjie he was rude and disrespecting. When I asked him why Thrifty waited for a year for this claims and his answer was Thrifty was going through financial problems and they were almost closing. I them told him that is not an excuse. He was rude and defensive and deliberately dropped the call on my ear. I don't owe Thrifty no money I had a super cover and I want them to return those funds. I will never hire from this fly by night car rental. Staff members are not professional.
