BAD SERVICE -Car rental nightmare

I rented a car at Thrifty car rental at OR Tambo international on the 13 August 2020 today it's the 7th and I haven't received my deposit back. I tried calling Thrifty several times to no avail. My calls gets cut of while being transferred. Their service is very bad they have bad customer service. They need to pack my money my deposit can't sit with them for almost a month
