Bad Service by Thrifty Car hire

Im very frustrated by Thrifty service, iv been on the phone since 6am now 9:40am and I have not been helped, I get to be "call number 1" which I hold for more than 10 minutes to get there are no available agents to help me than the line gets hang up.

I dont understand how I'm a supposed to get help for my enquiries. This is the second time this happens where I can't get hold of anyone to help via phone, the last time I had to physically drive to the airport to get help.

This service is disgusting for such a big company.
