Bad service, broken car, 3 weeks waiting on deposit

Worst car rental so far and have tried all the other companies in South Africa.

Received a Ford Ranger from East London form their depot, that we realized too late driving in the dark and rain didn't have working main lights. Had to drive long in very dangerous conditions. Had car swapped out for a nissan np300 and charge the same rate. Took about 20 phone calls and being sent from one office to another. Branch manager never available, didn't answer calls. Had to organize with depot manager.

Now 3 weeks later still haven't received my deposit back. Do no rent from them. Definitely not in the eastern cape where a good car is a must.
