Bad service and withholding of money ********ly

On Monday I posted a review on thrifty car rental. They respond but didn't offer any help as I still haven't received my deposit back. I hired a car from PE and dropped it off at randburg branch. I paid a deposit of R12000 and they are supposed to refund R6000 and they have not refunded to date after 14 days which they say is the time for refund to be processed. I have effectively borrowed them the money. I am warning other consumers to be careful of them.
