Bad service and take forever to return deposit

<p>I have been using thrifty for my rentals a lot and have always got shady cars from them and found that their cars are in bad shape. But I ignored this because they r the cheapest. This week I rented a single cab bakkie only to be given a double cab bakkie with bad wheel alignment and guzzled diesel like nobody's business. Another thing that irritates me is that I always need to call them in order to get my holding deposit back. Why is it easy to receive payment but take weeks to return my deposit? Thrifty please release my deposit asap. I really need it</p>
