Bad service and refusal to issue a paid for vehicle by dollar thriffy

I pre booked a vehicle through Dollar Thriffy online a week ago. Now I fly to a different province and try to collect the vehicle and I am being refused due to them not wanting to accept my cards for the deposit. This vehicle has already been paid for and yet they are now refusing to help me. I called customer service and was not allowed past the "switchboard" and when I did state my complaint I was told I'm welcome to take my business elsewhere.
