Bad Service after rental

I too paid a deposit and have not been refunded despite getting an all-clear when returning the vehicle 2 weeks ago. It would seem holding onto the monies is their money-making practice.

They are telling me they have operational issue in releasing my hard earned money.

Dont ever rent from these guys. They are the only company that always has vehicles available, for a reason. Bad after transactiin service.
