Bad service

This was by far the worst service I received having to hire out a car. I called Thrifty to get a quote for a vehicle which I was very specific which one and for how many days. I was then provided a quote of an amount R7400 including their hold fee which I then confirmed I will take. On the day I went to collect the vehicle the very quote which I had agreed on now changes to over R9000. I am now told an additional day was not charged because of the time I will be returning the vehicle. I told them the time when I was being quoted this was mentioned as this is one of the standard question when getting a quote. I was later also told the consultant who assisted me with a quote didn't add the waiver and the insurance, all of these were question I was asked and agreed on and even told the consultant because am going far to give me the 400km a day option which he did. When I then showed them the quote I received which confirmed the R7400 amount I wa sthen told sorry there really isn't anything they can do without adding all these cost which I previously agreed on, because I was running late and not having any other option I decided to take the car at the additional cost and money which I didn't not have. The manager was not willing take any type of responsibility for an error which they caused as I had agreed on their quote based on what was emailed to me. Sorry was the only compensation I received instead of taking responsibility and better training yout staff. I was told tough I then returned their vehicle Sunday and even earlier then the stipulated time, I receive a call Monday to be asked where they vehicle was shocking. Now it's been days since dropping off the vehicle and to this day I have not received my refund. I am not happy not even a single bit at their service this was a horrible experience. I should say pricing is very important and service as this plays fundamental role in your business success
