Bad service

Bad services from the counter staff, they were not willing to help or provide better options. We arrived in Capetown to collect the car and they told us that they only accept a credit card from the main driver and did not want to take any other credit card that we provided and they also did not want to accept the debit card of the main driver. The car had already been paid for, weeks in advance and we could not collect it. We were left stranded and had no other options as rental cars were not available at other rental car companies as it was a busy weekend.
