bad service

I called THE OR Tambo branch to query about my deposit as I've been waiting for weeks. Elanie started by advising false information when she said I collected the car from George and took it back to OR Tambo. I told her that was not correct but she was adamant. She then called again moments later and told me that my money was returned, which is not true. She claimed to have contacted my bank but she failed to provide me with the name. She said Refilwe from her bank spoke to my bank. When I asked her to give me the dates on which the deposits were made back into my account, she started losing it. She interjects when I speak. She shouted and hung up on me. I called again and the phone was picked up and put down without saying anything. How do I trust the info she supp**** me with when she first got the collection point wrong? Even if she may be correct, how do I trsu that she's done all she could when she did not even show willingness to assist with my query? Is this the customer service that Thrifty is promoting? I am truly mortified.
