Bad Service

I have never had such a bad service and I must say I am disappointed. Hired a car in Cape Town airport and took it back on the 02/04 with a full tank, on the 05/04 called to check what was the delay with me deposit, a lady that I spoke to called Tracey attended to my query and promised to give me a call back, well the lady never called, on the 08/04 made a follow up and I was told someone will call me back and no one contacted me. So on the 09/04 decided to call in again and I reached a guy by the name of Abdul and he tried to assist and he promised to send me his email address to send my bank statement as proof that no payment was received. I am very disgusted by the service and I was waiting for the money to do an important thing.
