Bad service
At the Dollar Thrifty Cape Town Airport branch,I had to wait more than a half an hour for the delivery of the vehicle.Secondly, I have been waiting from 21 November for the company to release the holding deposit,which should have been released within 7 business days.Definitely not booking a vehicle with this company again.
