Bad Service
Good day my name is Litha my ID number is ********** 467083 and my cell phone number is ********** 578. Last week I returned a car at Thrifty King Shaka airport and I was told that within 24 hours my Holding deposit will be back but it never happened. Normally when I return the car within an hour i get my money back because they would contact the bank but this time I doubt they did that. I have been calling them several times yesterday with no success. I am very upset i need my Holding deposit back as it belongs to me. I need this fixed today.
