Bad service

Wow, talk about bad service. I called their reservation centre to make a booking on a VW Polo or Ford Fiesta vehicle and I explicitly told the consultant the above and he worked out a quote for me of which I was happy, now that I want to collect the car I'm told that they don't have the car in their fleet. They now offer me a grand i10 insisting that it's within the same group stage of group B. Had I known of their incompetence I would've opted for a different car rental company
