BAD DEPOSIT RELEASE EXPERIENCE FROM THRIFTY CAR RENTAL

Such a Bad experience from Thrifty especially the Deposit Release department. I booked and pickup the car at Thrifty, Central Boulevard, Cape town International Airport. I was told my deposit will be refunded from up to 14 days from Return of vehicle. NOTHING has been refunded till this day and I have been calling. They keep transferring me around with no help until airtime runs out and no one ever calls back.

The only department that is very quick to answer the calls is the reservation dep. The Deposit release department they don't take any calls it rings until it stops.

Hopefully someone from Thrifty Rentals will see my review and call me to assist me ( ***) because I want my deposit or some communication to manage my the expectation. Because now i have to spend more money going back to their Airport Office again, to find some help.
