Bad Customer Service😠

We have been hiring cars with Thrifty since late last year, but the service is now going from good to the worst service ever. There’s a lady named Cindy at the Hatfield branch, she just doesn’t have good customer service skills and has a very bad attitude. They make errors on their side and never apologise n become rude on the phone. She never wants to listen to anything a customer has to say and what’s irritating is she never has facts.
