Bad customer service!

I am very dissatisfied with the customer service and dishonesty that I have received from this company. I rented a car and dropped it off at their Cape Town branch on the 14th of July 2019. I have since called in more than 5 times requesting that my rental deposit be returned to me. They have given me different stories and promises that have not materialized. Till today 01. August 2019 I still don't have my refund
