Bad customer service

So i report my case at thrifty no one calls me back from friday till today. Sent email to customer care and again today but this anthony guy doesn get back at me. I had to ask for time off today and go to court as the employee has gone and **** to the police that i hit him with a handbag that had a sharp object in it on his face. Lies as i did not even have a bag with me that day only a wallet. This is rather very disturbing. Never knew hiring a car at thrifty would lend me to court on false accusations and they are taking this lightly. This is my reputation and name being dragged to the mud.
