Bad customer service
Got a call at 7am to confirm for a 10 o clock pick up at Durban CBD. Upon my arrival I am told that my car is not ready and that someone is fetching it from the airport. I have waited for over an hour. My question is, why call me at 7 then 4 Hours later, no promise has been kept?
