Bad client service

I rent a car on 18 October inventory no *** and paid a deposit of R4 000 On 22 Oct I return the car with no problems I still wait for my deposit I phone head office 7Oct they send me from one person to other and no one can give me an answer they said they will phone me later to solve the problem now 16h30 nobody phone me back Please can somebody from Thrifty solve this problem for me
