Bad car hire from Thrifty

Bad car hire. We rented a car hire for 4 day. When we tried to lock the car the first time the alarm went off. Tried again and same thing we tried to make contact with the Durban Branch. By phone, email, whatts app and sms.No reply from then during the 4 days. Hence we only drove 100 klm in 4 days. Imagine if we drove and locked the car and the alarm went of in a few min in Ballito. Or we parked a unlocked car. It will be ****** in min. Never again. Wast if time and money and spoiled our yearly holiday.
