Bad bad bad, very bad experience
Bad bad bad, very bad experience and I’ll never recommend a friend, family member or even a stranger to Triffty. Deducting money without consent and giving false info and then we have to be happy that they take our money. I will take this future and I know that this will be a story the Cart Blance.
I've been promised that they will phone me back, but lately all that I’ve been doing was phoning them.
I will mention names and can provide recordings on all the calls. They are rude and promises mean nothing to them.
Reading the other reviews, my take is that we would need to stand together and get this aired to the public.

The deposit has released automatically by the bank into your available balance as there is no transaction or notification when the deposit is released. Should you require further assistance kindly contact your bank directly.

People, please note that if they say one thing, you'll need to expect the other.
