Bad and shoddy service at thrifty
We hired a car from PE and dropped it off at randburg branch on the 2nd June. We paid R12000 as we were using a debit card. The agreement number was *** and to date we have not received deposit back. We are being shoved from pillar to post and the call centre you hold on till eternity. We have been treated badly and will never use thrifty again and warning other consumers.

23 Jun 2020, 11:14Thrifty responded today and indicated that refunds take 14 days and by my calculations yesterday was the 14th day. I have indicated this to them and there is golden silence from them. So thrifty, when am receiving my payment ?
