Awful experience

It doesn't not surprise me that this company has such a low rating. The customer service is appalling!!! Rented in May, got down graded for my full rental after being told when they get an on automatic I would get a swop over. My vehicle was broken into in East London. I took the glass and tyre waiver and regardless was told there was a R500 admin fee. Due to the fact they couldnt swop my car over, it was agreed that they would not charge the admin fee if I kept a car with a broken window for the day. Low and behold I was still charged and more than 10 phone calls later I have still not received a refund. Everyone I have dealt with was unprofessional, unhelpful and quite frankly this is the sort of service that makes people feel obligated to write a review. I will never rent from this company again
